After Sales Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Calculation and preparation of quotations for spare parts.
  • Follow up with the customers for the quotations sent.
  • Liaise with suppliers for spare parts enquiries.
  • Processing of spare parts orders from receipt of order to shipment
  • Monitoring the agreed delivery schedules
  • Preparation of complete and accurate shipping and export/customs documentation.
  • Liaise with shipping agents for the shipping arrangements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical and commercial skills required
  • Knowledge in the field of shipping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and focused
