Responsibilities :
- Oversee, revise and plan the maintenance schedule
Inspect and oversee all maintenance visits are completed before end of contracts. - Monitor all follow-up jobs and KIV to ensure engineers accomplish it and inform the account team.
- Facilitate communication between the sales and operations teams.
- Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
- Respond to complaints from customers, handle customer/sales inquiries and provide after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Perform QC check on incoming and outgoing goods and regular stock take to ensure accuracy
Requirements :-
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Flexibility to travel at any given time
- Prefer candidate with relevant experiences
