Job Description:
Affiliate Marketing Initiatives & Execution
- Lead end-to-end management of affiliate marketing activities across affiliate partners
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive affiliate adoption, order volume, and sales
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of issues
- Create and maintain educational materials to support adoption and optimisation phases
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and share regular updates to align with business objectives
- Use data to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and trackers using GSheets or Excel
- Ensure affiliate partners meet their order and sales targets through proactive monitoring and support
Budget Management
- Assist in the planning and tracking of affiliate marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Management & Process Coordination
- Work with internal teams (e.g. Ops, Finance, Legal) to ensure timely partner payments and compliance with financial processes
- Enhance partner experience by gathering feedback and working with product and ops teams to address areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and partners
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint familiarity with Google Sheets
- Experience or understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems is a plus
