Job Description: Aesthetic Therapist
Responsibilities
- Ensure patient needs are attended to
- Assisting the doctors
- Consultation with patients including tailoring packages suited for their condition
- Front counter duties including answering phone calls, processing patient registration, arranging doctor's schedule, calling of patients to remind them of their appointments and maintaining patient relations
- General administrative duties including but not limited to filing, update of patient database, mailing, arranging of courier service and etc
- Responsible for ensuring that all patient care records are kept up to date
- Responsible for regular upkeep and maintenance of the office equipment or any machines
- Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the consultation rooms and treatment rooms
- Ensure that the pharmacy is well stocked with medications, products and consumables required for patients
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Prior experience in beauty / aesthetics as a beautician, therapist or an aesthetician
- Experience in basic/common procedure
- Knowledge in usage of simple equipment
- ITE or higher required
- With a friendly personality
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, and service attitude
- Effectively bilingual
