Aesthetic Consultant/Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments.

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the branch

• Drive both outlet-specific sales targets

• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional performance

• Ensure execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service

• Identify performance gaps and implement improvements

• Manage customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up and service recovery

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of management and sales experience in the Aesthetic Clinic/Beauty/Wellness industry

• Strong sales ability and customer service mindset

• Familiar with aesthetic treatments, skincare, and equipment.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
