Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, aesthetic, and administrative support to the clinic and its medical team
- Deliver professional consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate skincare, treatments, and services
- Perform therapist-led aesthetic treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and training
- Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures and treatments when required
- Greet, attend to, and direct clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage client enquiries, messages, and appointment scheduling accurately and promptly
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records and treatment documentation
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and clinic-wide monthly sales targets
- Recommend and upsell suitable treatments, packages, and products in an ethical, client-focused manner
- Work closely with management and the marketing team to support lead acquisition, conversion, and client retention initiatives
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, hygiene, and compliance at all times
- Contribute positively to team collaboration, clinic performance, and overall client experience
Employment Type:
Full-time (Permanent) or Part-time (hourly rate applies)

Work Schedule
- 5 days per week
- Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off based on roster)
- Working hours: 10:00am - 8:00pm
- Sundays and Public Holidays: Clinic closed
- Schedule may be adjusted based on operational or shopping mall requirements
Annual Leave Entitlement
12 days per annum with additional one day for every 12 months of completed service.

Qualifications
- Advanced or aesthetic skin qualifications highly regarded Qualifications within the beauty industry or relevant tertiary studies (e.g. nursing, vocational beauty certificates) considered
- Recognised certifications such as ITEC, CIDESCO, or equivalent preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in an aesthetic clinic or beauty industry setting
- Experience with laser, skin, and body treatments highly regarded
- Proven ability to provide excellence client satisfaction and achieve sales targets
