AM Aerospace, headquartered in Singapore, is a well-established aerospace fastener and C-parts distributor, serving leading OEMs, engine manufacturers, aerostructure suppliers, and Tier-1/Tier-2 subcontractors across the region since 1987.

As aerospace production and aftermarket activity accelerates in Asia-Pacific, we are expanding our commercial team with experienced Aerospace Sales Engineers to be based in Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam who combine technical credibility with relationship-driven selling.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own and grow a defined portfolio of aerospace customers while developing new accounts and programs across Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

This is a front-line commercial role with real autonomyideal for someone who enjoys being close to customers, understands engineered components, and wants to help shape regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with aerospace OEMs, MROs, and manufacturing subcontractors
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, RFQs, LTA/program awards, and account penetration
  • Promote and sell aerospace fasteners, C-class components, and engineered parts, working closely with quality and supply-chain teams
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new product lines and suppliers aligned with AM Aerospace's strategy
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract terms, and negotiations
  • Coordinate internally to support on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to regional sales planning, forecasting, and market intelligence
  • Travel within the region to support customers, site visits, and business development activities

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience; aerospace or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred
  • Background in aerospace fasteners, C-parts, engineered components, or MRO supply chains is a major advantage
  • Technical or engineering education (or equivalent hands-on experience) preferred
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, close new business, and grow share of wallet
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor, not just a supplier
  • Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently across geographies
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific
