Aero Engine Component Maintenance Technician (Dabber Welding System Operator

Job Responsibilities:

. Ability to conduct automatic circumferential welding build up worn or damaged areas on the aero engine components in according with the requirements & instructions of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

. Proper preparation prior to welding

. Setting up, operating, and conducting routine machine maintenance of High Precision 3-5 axes Dabber Welding System

. Performing inspections of welded area according to the Repair Scheme requirements

. Troubleshooting any issues that arise

. Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

. Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage)

Requirements:

. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in operation of Dabber Welding System

. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

. Able to interpret engineering drawings

. Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

. Willing to take day and night roster shifts
