Job Scope:
- Plan and execute aerial photography missions to capture images of landscapes, properties, events, and other subjects from elevated positions.
- Operate drones or manned aircraft safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, locations, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct pre-flight checks and assessments to ensure equipment readiness and optimal shooting conditions.
- Capture, review, and select the best aerial images to meet project requirements.
- Monitor, coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
- Process and edit aerial photographs and videos using specialized software to enhance image quality, composition, and visual appeal.
- Maintain accurate records of flight logs, image metadata, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in aerial photography and imaging.
- Conduct post-flight data analysis, including reviewing footage, images, or sensor data, and preparing reports or deliverables for clients.
- Require working overnight to collaborate closely with the team to prepare in advance when having drone show
- Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
- Address day-to-day challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor of Degree in any field
- At least 3 years working experiences which related as a photographer or videographer
- Strong knowledge of photography principles, techniques, and image editing software.
- Creativity and artistic vision to capture compelling aerial imagery.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools andwillingness to learn new technologies as needed
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality work
- Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Able to face challenging tasks and meet high standards and deadlines
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
