About The Role

We are looking for an Advisor Simandou Contract-to-Cash to execute and deliver contract to cash operations through strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all times. The Commercial Services team is responsible for the Contract to Cash (CTC) activities for the sales of all materials both in the Pacific and Atlantic region. Partnering with the respective business units (BU) and other centralised functions, Commercial Services ensures appropriate credit risk mitigation tools are in place, commercial invoices and associated shipping, logistics or other relevant documents are produced and presented to trade banks, and customers, in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure undisrupted cash flow.

This role is a great opportunity for a professional who is eager to progress into a role with end-to-end oversight and support of our contract-to-cash process, and who is motivated to partner with our various stakeholders for successful business outcomes. The role is based in Singapore, working within the Commercial Services team and reporting to the Manager – Operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will

  • Act as a key point of contact for Simandou Contract-to-Cash processes and activities related to the Simandou value chain.
  • Oversee and/or execute the full operational flow from contract creation to invoicing and collections, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, including calculation and issuance of price letters as part of the Pricing Operations process.
  • Monitor contract to cash process health, including orders, deliveries, billing and revenue recognition, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Pilot, refine, and optimize Contract-to-Cash workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and value delivery. Develop and implement best practices to support effective and scalable operations.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve Contract-to-Cash process documentation, SOPs and workflow maps.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation to support both internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Proactively identify and drive automation and business improvement initiatives that enhance stakeholder experience.
  • Support opportunities to improve customer experience, service levels, and operational reliability across the Contract-to-Cash chain
  • Coordinate post fixture laytime management and invoicing activities with the Marine Post Fixture team to ensure timely laytime submissions, correct invoicing charges, and full alignment with contractual and operational requirements.

About You

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have

  • A Bachelor degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Experience in the resource industry.
  • Contract to cash and general shipping knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of international trade documentation, letters of credit (UCP600) and incoterms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well and partner with stakeholders across various countries and capacities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP experience.

It will also be beneficial if you have

  • Proven ability to generate high quality reports and dashboard.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or any other data analytics tools/applications.
