About the role
We are looking for an Advisor Pricing Operations to Commercial Services in Singapore. The Commercial Services team is responsible for the Contract to Cash (CTC) activities for the sales of all materials both in the Pacific and Atlantic region. Partnering with the respective business units (BU) and other centralised functions, Commercial Services ensures appropriate credit risk mitigation tools are in place, commercial invoices and associated shipping, logistics or other relevant documents are produced and presented to trade banks, and customers, in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure undisrupted cash flow.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Develop deep expertise in metals-market commodity pricing with a solid grasp of end-to-end commercial and operational processes.
- Execute pricing operations and operationalize pricing structures for diverse portfolio of commodities including Simandou.
- Translate pricing strategies into actionable operational workflow and system configurations that support business objectives.
- Support the readiness of the Modern ERP platform through structured testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure business continuity.
- Partner closely with pricing, commercial and cross-functional teams to design and configure pricing models, while ensuring alignment with contract capture requirements in the Modern ERP system.
- Oversee and maintain pricing configuration within Commodity Management solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial policies, adherence to contractual terms, and responsiveness to market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret narrative contract terms and convert them into structured pricing components and rule sets.
- Demonstrates genuine curiosity and a holistic mindset, seeking to understand not only pricing mechanics but also upstream dependencies and downstream impacts within the broader business process.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Experience in the resource industry.
- Contract to cash and general shipping knowledge.
- Sound understanding of international trade documentation, letters of credit (UCP600) and incoterms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate well and partner with stakeholders across various countries and capacities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SAP experience.
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Proven ability to generate high quality reports and dashboard.

- Knowledge of Power BI or any other data analytics tools/applications.
