We're now looking for an analytical, results-oriented, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist for our Advertising Delivery team. The role will cover the APAC region with a possibility to cover other regions when required.
. Own and manage end-to-end campaign delivery process from campaign creation, planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting. Across platforms including: display, programmatic, native, social, email and search.
. Working closely with our Commercial team and globally recognised brands to understand partner objectives and own/support the development of relevant advertising strategies.
. Own the asset production management of campaigns by collaborating closely with in- house/external creative teams and freelance resources. Ensuring assets are produced on schedule, within budget and fulfil campaign objectives.
. Traffic, Q/A and fully test all campaign line items, creatives and tracking.
. Identify possible risks to campaign delivery and put in place mitigation strategies.
. Detailed campaign analysis to ensure advertisers are meeting their performance goals and that revenue opportunities are being maximised.
. Provide varying levels of reporting on a weekly/ bi-weekly / monthly or End of Campaign basis.
. Collaborate closely with Skyscanner Advertising Product Teams to provide feedback, test partners and support to develop new advertising products for Skyscanner.
. Owning both Brand and Performance objectives, working across a wide range of clients from airlines to destination marketing organisations.
. Experience managing multiple clients either from working at an agency / publisher / tech company. Comfortable liaising with clients on a daily basis. High level communication skills with internal and external stakeholders able to influence and collaborate across teams to deliver projects.
. Attention to detail and experience managing operational tasks in a digital environment. Previous experience of working with Ad serving platforms, Project Management tools, CRM tools, Content Management Platforms and Social Advertising Platforms.
. A Growth mindset: Data driven, using analytics to guide campaign decisions. Previous experience using data visualisation and data processing tools.
. An understanding of growth marketing and the levers needed to launch and optimise campaigns.
. An understanding of agile working processes e.g. sprints, retrospectives
. Ability to work to a deadline, prioritizing workloads according to different criteria
. Fantastic organisational skills
. Naturally curious: You're innovative, very creative, and constantly looking for ways to sell Skyscanner
. You understand the impact of a highly successful sales strategy
. This role requires some travel to partners and teams in other offices (once travel returns).
. Ability to query a database and extract data
. Previous experience working with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio or Looker
. Previous experience working with data processing tools such as Data Bricks.
. Previous experience working with Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Wrike, Asana, Bootcamp
. Working knowledge of Advertising Management Software i.e. Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly
. Experience working with content management systems like Wordpress
. Experience working with Google Analytics
