The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Advertising & Promotions professional eager to join a well-established landlord in Singapore with a regional presence. This role, available at either a managerial or senior managerial level, will be crucial in driving significant growth across our client's prime retail and mixed-use properties.
We need a strategic visionary capable of designing and executing innovative campaigns that not only increase foot traffic and sales but also strengthen tenant partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Run Advertising: Launch campaigns (print, digital) for mall, tenants, events.
- Manage Events: Plan and execute promotions to drive traffic.
- Create Content: Produce marketing materials with teams and partners.
- Research Markets: Analyze audiences and campaign results, adjust tactics.
- Build Partnerships: Create cross-promotions with businesses and tenants.
- Control Budget: Manage spending for ROI.
- Oversee Social Media: Update channels, engage customers, promote events.
- Report Analytics: Track campaign performance (traffic, sales).
- Coordinate Departments: Align strategies, ensure smooth execution.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in core marketing principles.
- Minimum3 to 8 years of direct, relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions, specifically within the Singapore market. Experience in the Retail (Shopping Mall) or Event Management sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in setting-up Events and Experiences (seasonal events, themed markets/fairs, live Entertainment, fitness events, interactive installations).
- Experience in curating Promotional Offers & Discounts (flash sales, loyalty programs, promotions, coupons, vouchers).
- Relevant background in Retail Mall's community engagement and boosting brand awareness.
- Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- In-depth knowledge of both print and online advertising strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of current advertising trends and shopper behavior.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with diverse audiences across the Asian region.
