About The Role

As an Advertising & Promotions Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for a mall located in the north of Singapore.

You will work closely with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to support events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing shoppers experience and driving mall traffic.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the planning and execution of mall promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to drive shopper traffic and engagement
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and external partners on advertising and promotional activities
  • Assist in managing promotional spaces, handling enquiries, booking coordination, and preparation of licensing documentation
  • Support content updates for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials
  • Attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries and support day-to-day customer service operations
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, tracking campaign performance, and monitoring budgets and expenses

 

We're Looking For Someone Who's

  • Holds a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • Has 1–2 years of experience in shopping malls, retail, event management, customer service, or related industries
  • A good communicator with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • A team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude
