The role involves working with committed and developing golfers through both individual coaching and structured academy programmes. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across private coaching, junior development, group programmes, school initiatives, and player development pathways.
Comfortable working with developing and competitive players, enjoys working within a team environment, and is motivated to continue progressing within a leading academy setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured individual and group coaching sessions to players of varying abilities
- Work with committed and developing golfers within academy programmes
- Support junior development programmes, group classes, and school initiatives
- Use launch monitor technology, video analysis, and performance data within coaching sessions
- Assist in player development planning and long-term improvement pathways
- Build and maintain a consistent student base through high coaching and service standards
- Work closely with the academy team to support programme growth and daily operations
Requirements
- PGA Professional or equivalent recognized coaching qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or related field
- Experience coaching within a structured academy or performance environment
- Experience working with junior, developing, or competitive golfers
- Experience within an international coaching environment
- Confident using coaching technology including launch monitors and video analysis systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, professional, and comfortable working within a high-volume coaching environment
