Our client is a leading global technology company seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to provide technical expertise and consultative support to advertisers, agencies, and business partners.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with experience in digital advertising technologies, web technologies, APIs, and data analysis. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients resolve complex implementation issues and optimize their advertising and measurement infrastructure.
This is a 1-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop deep expertise across advertising technology solutions, including signal collection, measurement, attribution, and campaign delivery.
- Provide consultative guidance on implementation best practices, technical integrations, and customized solutions.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to advertising platforms, tracking technologies, data integrations, and measurement solutions.
- Troubleshoot website-based implementations, including third-party scripts, tracking tags, pixels, and event configurations.
- Analyse API requests, payloads, and data flows to identify and resolve integration issues.
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to drive issue resolution and improve client outcomes.
- Support the development of scalable technical solutions and operational processes across multiple markets and industries.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience writing and analysing SQL queries
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting third-party scripts on websites (e.g. tags, pixels, tracking scripts)
- Experience investigating and resolving issues related to API request payloads and RESTful API integrations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Technology environments.
- Strong understanding of the Advertising Technology ecosystem, including tracking, measurement, attribution, ad serving, and campaign delivery.
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical implementations and translating technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP/HTTPS, browser developer tools, and web debugging techniques.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and data integration workflows.
