Job Description

  • Customer is specifically looking for strong technical resources who can build APIs, write .Jss scripts, and support platform development activities—rather than operational resources focused on running campaigns.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong background in technical project delivery
  • Proven experience delivering marketing automation or campaign management solutions
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, including Agile delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and deliver under pressure

Functional Expertise

  • End‑to‑end real‑time and batch campaign management
  • Targeting, segmentation, offer eligibility, prioritization, approvals, and closed‑loop reporting
  • Strong financial services business domain knowledge

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Campaign (hybrid on‑premise and cloud)
  • Adobe Analytics, AEM (preferred)
  • Experience with Unica, SAS Marketing Automation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantageous)
  • Integration and customization using APIs, Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and data modelling

Tools & Certifications (Advantageous)

  • Project & DevOps tools: MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket
  • Analytics and testing tools: Qlik Sense, QuerySurge, Postman
