nced Adobe Campaign Classic Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise marketing automation solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
This role will drive campaign orchestration, platform architecture, integrations, and performance optimization, working closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design scalable and robust marketing solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Define end-to-end campaign architecture, including workflows, data pipelines, and integrations.
- Architect cross-channel marketing journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices.
Implementation & Development
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Adobe Campaign Classic solutions.
- Design and optimize workflows, schemas, delivery templates, and personalization logic.
- Develop custom JavaScript and SQL scripts to support advanced campaign logic.
- Implement campaign orchestration and automated customer journeys.
Integration & Data Management
- Architect integrations between Adobe Campaign Classic and:
- CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Data warehouses and analytics platforms
- Third-party marketing tools
- Design customer data models and schema structures.
- Implement data governance, segmentation strategies, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to developers and campaign specialists.
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and enforce best practices.
Performance, Monitoring & Governance
- Optimize campaign workflows, segmentation queries, and delivery performance.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPA, etc.).
- Maintain governance standards across campaign operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in marketing technology or marketing automation.
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC).
- Strong expertise in:
- Campaign workflow development
- Data schema design and data modeling
- Delivery management and email infrastructure
- Personalization and segmentation
- Strong experience with:
- SQL
- JavaScript
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Email deliverability and campaign optimization
- Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM, CDP, and enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEP, AJO, AEM, Analytics).
- Experience in large-scale enterprise marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
