Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and accurately convey the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective parents and students.
  • Provide detailed information about the school's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
  • Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets set by the school.
  • Conduct tours of the school campus, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Follow up with prospective families to address their questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in school events, open houses, and information sessions to promote the school.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a target-driven environment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
