Admissions and Student Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive student database, managing all application documents and relevant information.
- Submit application documents to universities, private education institutions, international schools, and relevant authorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for parents and students, handling inquiries through digital, telephone, or face-to-face interactions.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle ICA student pass applications and formalities.
- Arrange student medical examinations and hostel applications.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations within the Recruitment Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree holder with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Highly organized and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive self-starter with a high degree of flexibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge of Windows/Mac platforms, Google Suite, and collaborative tools like Google Calendar and event planning.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new skills and procedures efficiently.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese students and their parents.
