Job Description:
- Support the management of strategic and operational activities related to student admissions processes, including stakeholder engagement.
- Strong ability to manage and maintain a database of student information, including familiarity with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority (ICA) processes, such as the creation of SOLAR+ accounts and handling student pass applications, appeals, and issuances.
- Strong ability in analysing applications of prospective students based on admission policies (local and abroad).
Job Requirements:
- GCE O-Level, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of progressive experience in student admissions or administrative management within a private education institution is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of admissions tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
