Dulwich College (Singapore) is looking to recruit an Admissions Administrator to assist the Admissions Officers and Head of Admissions in the day-to-day duties of the department, ensuring integrity of information with regard to student offers, welcome packs, and College orientation.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Provide administrative & organisational support to the admissions department with processing and checking applications.

  • Co-ordinate with finance regarding application fee payments.

  • Follow up with families regarding any missing items on their applications.

  • Manage the Open Morning schedule and running of all open mornings.

  • Assist with marketing and events, including setting up

  • Deal with admissions enquiries in a timely manner and answer general enquiries on information about the College

  • Maintain student information in iSams and in student files

  • Liaise with parents and parents companies to ensure all mandatory requirements are in place

  • Build relationships with academic staff and leadership, and be aware of activities and events in the College community

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a role which has customer service and reception related duties.

  • Have previous office admin experience in a school setting (desirable).

  • Be a good team player, be service oriented, and have a positive attitude to learning new skills.

  • Have excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Be able to multitask and have good organisational skills.

  • Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
