Job Description
The Admissions Manager is responsible for managing the student admissions process from application to enrolment. This includes overseeing admissions operations, coordinating student onboarding, managing Student Pass applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role works closely with the Sales & Marketing, Finance, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure smooth student intake operations. This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full admissions process from student application to enrolment.
Review and process student applications submitted by education agents or direct applicants.
Issue Letters of Offer and student contracts in accordance with institutional procedures.
Oversee Student Pass applications through the SOLAR system in compliance with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority.
Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
Coordinate student registration and onboarding processes.
Liaise with education agents, students, and internal departments regarding admissions matters.
Supervise admissions staff and ensure timely processing of applications.
Prepare admissions reports and monitor student intake.
