Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of invoices & billing transactions.
  • Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Other Requirements

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with positive work attitude
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous
