Job Summary
Manage daily operations and staff at a TCM therapy center, ensuring smooth client bookings, inventory control, financial administration, and excellent customer service to uphold high service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, client bookings, and room scheduling to optimize therapy session flow and maximize resource utilization
- Oversee therapist rosters and shift deployment to ensure adequate staffing coverage and seamless service delivery
- Coordinate onboarding and provide administrative support for new staff members to ensure smooth integration
- Track inventory levels and restock TCM supplies, massage oils, and consumables to maintain uninterrupted service availability
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately, manage cash flow, and generate daily revenue reports for financial tracking
- Resolve client complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold hygiene and service standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2-5 years of management experience in spa, TCM clinic, or wellness center settings
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Healthcare Management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with clients and therapists
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS booking software to enhance administrative efficiency
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills to manage daily operations effectively
- Basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices to support operational understanding
