Your Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Affairs Administrator to support our GA Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the General Affairs department. This role involves managing daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain a productive and organized workplace.

Our Team

You will be part of the DSS division, working closely with the General Affairs Manager, EHS engineers, contractors, suppliers, and Molex employees to create a supportive work environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily administrative and operational activities of the General Affairs department
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Oversee procurement and management of office supplies, stationery, and equipment
  • Manage employee uniforms, ID badges, visitor vests, and safety shoes
  • Establish and maintain meeting room equipment through regular inspections and upkeep
  • Assist EHS engineers with EHS/EMS documentation and report submissions
  • Supervise contractors to ensure proper housekeeping and facility maintenance within Molex premises
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of office facilities
  • Arrange transportation for VIPs and employees as needed
  • Assist in organizing company events and internal activities
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding General Affairs matters

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Diploma or ITE in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing administrative tasks
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders including employees, contractors, and management

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)


  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business or Administration
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
