Key accountabilities

  • Data Analysis and prepare reports
  • Project Management
  • Manage calendar for VP and the team
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Handle all correspondences/documents for approval/dissemination and follow up
  • Handle communications/enquiries/requests for information
  • Track all action items arising from meetings
  • Manage general office administration
  • To perform any related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Min Diploma with good PC skills
  • Interested to explore into Data Analytics function
  • Organized and meticulous to assist team on administration
