Responsibilities:
- Provision of Admin and Marketing support to the Team and Tutors
- Issuance of Quotations, Invoices, Receipts to Clients
- Preparation of simple Agreements/Contracts
- Negotiation with Schools for Students enrolment, Student Pass application, Homestay etc
- Assisting with Outdoor Events (e.g. Helping with setting up of venue, Photo and Video taking, Preparation of Materials etc)
- Assisting with Outdoor Tours for Students
- Provision of daily updates of Director's Appointments, Work Plans etc
- Arrangement of Zoom Meetings
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level / Diploma & above (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
- Bilingual, has good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to use and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut)
- Prior experience in admin work, teaching/tutoring and knowledge in AEIS is a plus
- Able to work 3 to 5 times a week (Afternoon only)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Desktop administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Content Creation, Social Media Marketing Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
- Teaching experience is a plus
Working Schedule:
- 3 to 5 days a week, 4 hours minimum (12-6pm or 1-7pm).
- Weekend availability
