Job Description

  • Ensure accurate policy details (validity, policy number, coverage) input to prevent rework or manual corrections.
  • Cross-check different system.
  • Document preparation task including merge, split documents in one submission by determine the policy benefits and provider types.
  • Optimize workflows based on high volume claims and achieve it within same day turnaround time.
  • Liaise with and follow up with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements (if any)
  • Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders, distribution servicing rep, ) to achieve claims business objectives.
  • Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
  • Proficient in MS Office
