Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the organization's marketing campaigns, digital communications, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and related timelines.
- Coordinate and consolidate feedback for campaign deliverables with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely completion.
- Review and proofread campaign materials to ensure grammatical accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Support website content updates, including text amendments and PDF uploads through the organization's CMS platforms.
- Assist in digital campaign setup activities such as internal eDM, SMS campaigns, and A/B testing etc.
- Support artwork adaptations and design edits using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Assist in data gathering, research, survey collation, and preparation of marketing reports.
- Generate and analyse GA4 reports to monitor digital campaign and asset performance.
2. KOL /Influencer / Artiste Evaluation
- Review social media profiles of proposed KOLs, influencers, and artistes, including content quality, audience engagement, and previous collaborations.
- Assess overall profile suitability, including audience demographics/ fans base, language tone, and content themes to ensure alignment with the organization's branding and campaign objectives.
- Share evaluation findings and recommendations with campaign stakeholders and project leads.
3. Administrative & Procurement Support
- Provide procurement and finance administrative support, including sourcing and comparing quotations, issuance of purchase orders, processing invoices and related documents in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Liaise with vendors on production, delivery, and installation of marketing collaterals.
- Maintain administrative records, including contract value management, partnership deliverables, delivery timelines and locations, budget tracking sheets, PO reports, SOP documentation etc.
- Generate and update list of UTM regularly.
- Support general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, filing digital assets, maintaining records, and coordinating project documentation.
- Any other administrative duties or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualifications or above in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as GA4 will be an advantage.

Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Contract Period: 24 months
