Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Support Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist international employees in adapting to the workplace and living environment in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison to support employees from East Asia with daily work and personal matters
- Explain company policies, announcements, and safety guidelines clearly in employees native languages
- Facilitate effective communication between international staff and local management and colleagues
- Support onboarding by guiding new employees on company processes and culture
- Coordinate accommodation-related matters with relevant parties and relay information promptly
- Provide practical guidance on daily living in Singapore, including transport, culture, and amenities
- Assist employees with personal administrative tasks such as bank account setup and documentation
- Monitor employee well-being and provide timely support when needed
- Organize team-building and cultural integration activities to enhance workplace cohesion
- Collect employee feedback and recommend improvements to management
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in administration, coordination, or employee support
- Experience liaising with or supporting international employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Cultural sensitivity to work effectively with a diverse workforce
- Bilingual ability preferred to support East Asian employees
