Responsibilities
Support smooth and efficient office operations,enhancing team productivity and employee experience.
Oversee dailyoffice operations, including document management, data coordination, andmeeting scheduling, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Assist the teamwith travel arrangements, expense processes, and procurement tasks, improvingoperational efficiency and experience.
Manage officesupplies inventory and maintain vendor relationships, proactively optimizingcost, quality, and service standards.
Support theplanning and execution of company events, training sessions, and team-buildingactivities to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Handle dailycorrespondence, phone calls, and visitor reception, serving as a professionalpoint of contact internally and externally.
Proactivelyidentify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improveoperational efficiency.
Contribute tocross-functional initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or above,preferably in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year ofadministrative or office management experience local candidates preferred.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Strongcommunication, organizational skills, and team spirit.
Attention todetail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
