Scope & Responsibilities:
General Administration
Support department & office administration duties
Pass application, payment processes & replenishment on office & pantry supplies etc
Support the drafting and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative and facilities management processes.
Order and maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage office or warehouse equipment servicing.
Answer phone calls and manage walk-in inquiries when required.
Managing travel arrangements for staff when needed.
Purchase/Sales support
Prepare and process invoices, delivery orders, quotations, purchase orders, and related documents accurately and promptly.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on invoicing, purchasing, and operational matters.
Provide administrative support to internal teams, assisting in maintaining accurate filing and documentation.
Shipping Operations
Provide operational support for import/export activities, including preparation and management of invoices and shipping documents where needed. No experience needed as candidate will learn on the job the import and export processes, workflow and types of paperwork/e-document work.
