Job Description

Join Our Team

We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-driven individual to join our growing wine business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration, coordination, and problem-solving, while developing valuable experience in the wine trade industry.

As part of our operations team, you will be the key support contact for both our sales representatives and trade customers, ensuring smooth order processing, coordination, and excellent customer service.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,000
    (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Off on Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient, professional, and memorable customer service to trade clients
  • Process and confirm wine sales orders accurately and promptly
  • Prepare quotations and check stock availability for customers
  • Manage product reserves across our onsite cellar and offsite warehouse
  • Onboard new customers and ensure all required documentation is completed
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure payment clearance prior to delivery
  • Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries
  • Work closely with Operations Executives and Warehouse Coordinators on product releases and logistics
  • Support company marketing activities and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist with ad-hoc duties when required


Requirements & Attributes

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems such as DEAR Inventory is advantageous
  • Prior wine knowledge is preferred
  • WSET Level 2 certification or higher is a plus
