Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation of purchase orders, tracking their progress, and keeping vendor files up-to-date.
  • Ensuring that orders are delivered on time by communicating with vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and inventory records.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure their procurement needs are met.
  • Admin tasks include answering phones, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Maintain office equipment and office supply.
  • Assist in organizing company events and any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE O-Level
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Work independently
  • Familiar with MS Word & Excel

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Salary negotiable (depending on experience & qualifications)
  • 5 days work week
