Job Responsibilities: .

  • Handle customers via phone call
  • Provided administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services.
  • Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.


- Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers

- Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.

- Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
