Role Description:

The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the administrative processes and operations within an organization. This role involves managing office activities, ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing resources, and leading administrative teams. You will collaborate with senior leadership to streamline operations, implement best practices, and enhance overall office efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing daily office functions, overseeing administrative staff, and ensuring that office resources are effectively utilized. You will coordinate internal communications, support budgeting and financial management for office operations, and develop operational policies and procedures. Additionally, you will track performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role, with a focus on optimizing office workflows and processes.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (e.g., project management tools, CRMs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing administrative operations, office management, or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing operational needs.
