Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the Lead Pastor by managing administrative, operational, financial, and compliance-related functions to ensure the effective running of the church.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to church leadership
  • Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly financial reporting
  • Handle HR administrative matters including CPF submissions, income tax, contracts, and staff records
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities service providers
  • Assist with statutory and compliance-related submissions, including AGM documentation
  • Support church events and activities as required

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related discipline, or relevant experience
  • Experience in administration with exposure to finance and operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Commitment to compliance, accountability, and organisational stewardship
  • Alignment with Christian values and the church's mission
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundays and occasional evenings

Employment Details:

  • Employment type: Full-Time
  • Monthly Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits include CPF contributions, leave entitlements, medical and dental benefits, and insurance coverage
