Job Purpose:
To support the Lead Pastor by managing administrative, operational, financial, and compliance-related functions to ensure the effective running of the church.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to church leadership
- Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly financial reporting
- Handle HR administrative matters including CPF submissions, income tax, contracts, and staff records
- Coordinate with IT and facilities service providers
- Assist with statutory and compliance-related submissions, including AGM documentation
- Support church events and activities as required
Requirements & Competencies:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related discipline, or relevant experience
- Experience in administration with exposure to finance and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
- Commitment to compliance, accountability, and organisational stewardship
- Alignment with Christian values and the church's mission
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundays and occasional evenings
Employment Details:
- Employment type: Full-Time
- Monthly Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,200 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits include CPF contributions, leave entitlements, medical and dental benefits, and insurance coverage
