KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITES
Provide admin support to all departments, including but not limited to following duties:
1. IT:
- Apply & removal of all staff Eccaresuite access right with T-Systems
- Quarterly review of Eccaresuite access right with T-Systems
2. Operations:
- Collation of residents outpatient appointments and booking of transport service for these appointments
3. Governance:
- Administrative support for SAS membership records as well as Board and Sub-Committee related matters
- Disseminate Board and Sub-Committee orientation materials
- Assist in preparing for Annual General Meeting
4. Finance
- Pre-admission - financial counselling section
- Follow up with outstanding debts
- Disburse petty cash to residents and staff
5. Check all petty cash claims (staff and resident)
6. Customer Service
- Meet and greet residents and family members on admission day
- Front desk - receive calls
- Front desk - any other enquiries
- Assist at Security Counter where needed e.g. guide corporate visitors to meeting rooms
7. Nursing:
- Obtain and administer consent from next-of-kin on resident matters e.g. for vaccination or any other matters that require communication with next-of-kin, as assigned by Nursing Management
8. Maintain office supplies and stationery
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or ITE in any discipline
- Pleasant personality, able to communicate well and keen to learn
- Basic IT skills are required (Microsoft Office and Outlook, knowledge of common software)
