Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Officer to support the coordination and delivery of our Specialist Volunteer Programme in Asia. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, logistical, and data management support to ensure smooth implementation of volunteer assignments, workshops, and milestone events.
You will work closely with programme managers, volunteers, and external partners to facilitate effective execution, maintain accurate programme records, and support communications and reporting needs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful capacity-building efforts and support our mission of fostering sustainable development and collaboration across the region.
