The job:
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry and file management
- Prepare and organise financial documents, reports and presentation
- Support team on any submission matters
- Attend to phone calls, dispatching of documents, arranging courier, collection and distributing of department mall
- Ad hoc duties - eg: document dispatch, attending to guest etc (No reception duties required)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT
Requirement:
- N / O / A levels / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Those without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Willing to learn, self improvement and not seeking fast progression personality
- Energetic, Good Attitude, Teamplayer
- Good communication skills
