Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to India Division
  • Plan, organize and manage schedules, meetings, and logistics related to business trips (inbound and outbound) for the Division
  • Processing of all invoices received by members of the Division
  • Preparation and finalization of internal requests
  • Act as reliever for Executive Assistant to Head of India Division
  • Supporting in preparing MIS and presentations for internal reporting
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations of the Division
  • Follow up on our meeting requests with external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years of prior work experience in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and guidance
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous as the role requires frequent communication with Japanese stakeholders in Tokyo Head Office.
