Job Description

Administrative Officer (Data Entry & Customer Service)

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, or in person
  • Support daily administrative tasks
  • May be required to travel to visit customers
  • Able to speak Chinese (dialects), Malay or English to better serve the local communities (mainly Elderly).

Requirements:

  • ITE, Nitec, N/O level, Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and travel
  • Some working experience in admin work and customer service will be an advantage.
