Job Summary
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will lead and optimize the company's administrative operations, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments to support overall business management.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily administrative and office operations to maintain smooth business functions
- Design and enforce administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee management of office facilities, procurement processes, and operational support services
- Supervise and evaluate administration staff to ensure high departmental performance
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and management teams to align administrative activities with business goals
- Monitor company documentation and compliance to meet regulatory and reporting requirements
- Support senior management in strategic business planning and operational execution
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure quality services and cost-effectiveness
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to enhance collaboration and information flow
- Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative or management roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills applied in cross-functional coordination
