Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate operational activities including invoice preparation, worker management, and compliance submissions to ensure smooth business operations and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices to the main contractor to ensure timely payment processing
- Manage daily work schedules and coordinate tasks to optimize workforce productivity
- Organize and facilitate workers meetings to communicate updates and resolve operational issues
- Oversee lorry maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness
- Submit IRAS filings and ACRA submissions to maintain regulatory compliance
- Calculate employee salaries accurately and process payments in a timely manner
- Submit AIS reports to relevant authorities to fulfill statutory requirements
- Enter trip data systematically to support operational tracking and reporting
- File GST returns and manage insurance documentation to comply with financial regulations
- Conduct inspections and renew road tax to ensure all vehicles meet legal standards
