Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Administrative Manager/Executive/Admin Assistant role based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The role involves organizing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling event logistics, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting the team in coordinating meetings and communications. You will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and participants, and assisting in the planning and execution of the FinTech Week event.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event coordination, logistics planning, or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in professional email and report writing.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as document preparation, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, vendors, and team members in a professional setting.
  • Experience in a related field such as event planning or office administration is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field is highly desirable.
