We are currently hiring a temporary Administrative Executive to assist with various administrative and technical tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organisational and communication skills.

[What you will be working on]

• Provide support to the Outreach Team of the Polytechnic Foundation Programme

• Coordinate and work with the Corporate Communication Department of SP and handle outreach assignments such as school talks to secondary students

• Provide logistical assistance and support to students for events in campus

• Provide laboratory support to lessons conducted in laboratories

• Provide technical support to students and lecturers with problems related to PowerBI software (training will be provided)

[What we are looking for]

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

• Strong organization skills with a keen eye for details.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Candidate must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.

• Public speaking experience or strong presentation skills preferred.

Other Information

• Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience.

• Successful candidates will be offered a 11.5-month contract.
