My client is seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Executive to provide administrative and operational support within a social service environment. The role involves coordinating case-related tasks, assisting with stakeholder enquiries, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth running of programmes and services.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-centred, and passionate about contributing to meaningful social support work.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and perform data entry.
Prepare correspondences, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, briefings, workshops, and programme activities.
Support procurement processes and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Assist in case documentation and updates to case tracking systems.
Handle referrals, appointment scheduling, and processing of case-related documents.
Liaise with internal teams, community partners, and external agencies for follow-ups.
Collate information for reports, audits, and programme reviews.
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins in a professional manner.
Provide basic assistance and direct stakeholders to appropriate services.
Maintain timely and clear communication standards.
Maintain databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate reports, statistics, and dashboards as needed.
Support compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital systems.
Good interpersonal and communication skills able to engage diverse groups.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in social service or administrative roles is an advantage.
Contract Duration: 1-year
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
