Administrative Executive
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Administrative, IT, and Service departments.
- Manage office and pantry supplies, including inventory monitoring and replenishment, purchase requisition, support procurement related processes as required, etc.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and professionally attend to visitors.
- Perform general administrative duties such as documentation, filing, data updating, and maintaining the monthly phone list.
- Process CEO expense claims and prepare monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- One to two years of relevant work experience in travel arrangement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
