Job Purpose
The Sales Support Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role includes handling customer documentation, order processing, coordination with internal departments, preparation of reports, and supporting sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team on daily operations.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tender submission, customer audit and related documentation accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with Sales team, Warehouse, Finance and internal departments regarding sales orders and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, pricing information, and filing systems.
- Prepare sales reports, monthly summaries, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
- Assist in monitoring inventory availability.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt follow-up support.
- Ensure proper documentation control and compliance with company procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales administration or customer support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and familiar with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Power BI or Microsoft Copilot.
